Refund/Return Policy
– You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product if there is any issue.
– Refunds or returns are not applicable if the product has been used.
– Refunds are only applicable in cases of incorrect delivery or defective products.
– Cash refunds are not available; instead, store credit or product replacement will be provided.
Warranty Policy
We provide a warranty on the products we sell. The warranty will only be applicable under the following conditions:
– The customer must retain the provided invoice and warranty card.
– The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
– Warranty will not be applicable in cases of accidental damage, water damage, excessive pressure, or self-repair attempts.
– Issues must be reported to the customer service center within the specified time frame.
